Pellicano Construction is proud to be under contract for the first two Whole Foods 365 shells in Georgia, one in Paces Ferry Plaza on West Paces and the other in Decatur at North Decatur Square. Pellicano, working with both Regency Centers and S.J. Collins, is underway on both projects. Both locations are expected to open in 2018.
Along with the largest 365 store nationally at just under 40,000 SF, Gusto Wood Fire Grill, Hollywood Feed, Sage Dental, a Mexican/Korean restaurant called Takorea, Avalon Nail Spa, Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, Club Pilates and Regions Bank (as reported by decaturish.com) are just a few of the first additional tenants at North Decatur Square. All are expected to open in 2018 on the 18 acre, 86,000 SF site, along with about 450 new apartment units. The project includes pocket parks, an abundance of open space, multi-use trails and wi-fi access throughout.
In addition to the new 365 store at the Paces Ferry Plaza site on West Paces and Northside Drive,the project will consist of a new 2 level underground parking deck and complete re-façade of the existing retail center which includes tenants such as Houston’s, Blue Ridge Grill, Baby Braithwaite, Woo Skincare and Cosmetics, West Stride, Pero’s Pizza, Ace Hardware, and AT & T, all of which will remain open during construction.
