Design Build Services including Interior Design for modifications to two (2) existing Linear Accelerator Vaults located in the basement of an existing hospital. The work included Coordination of equipment removal and installation, demolition/removal of existing cast in place concrete and steel frame, installation of new equipment frame, placing new concrete foundations in basement, upgrades to chilled water system, medical gas, and electrical distribution to support the new equipment. New casework and finishes were installed. The work was performed in an operating Radiation Oncology Facility, this making Infection Control during the project of utmost importance.
Complete design was provided including construction document preparation, interior design, furniture and artwork selection, and equipment coordination.
